UPSC Exam 2023: Be aware of all the guidelines; if you commit even one error, you will not be able to become an IAS-IPS.

Starting today, September 15, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC Exam) will hold the Civil Services Main Examination 2023. This important test will be administered over the course of five days on September 15, 16, 17, 23, and 24. If you are one of the applicants, you should already be in possession of your UPSC admit card. If you haven’t already, you can quickly download it by going to the UPSC’s official website at upsc.gov.in. Your admission card serves as your entrance ticket to the examination room, and without it, you will not be allowed inside.

All applicants are required to abide by a number of rules that the UPSC has established to guarantee a smooth and successful examination process.

An summary of the test schedule is provided below: There will be two shifts for the UPSC Civil Services Main Examination. The first shift will run from nine in the morning until noon, and the second shift will run from two in the afternoon until five in the evening. The following rules must be followed at all costs:

  • Arrival Time: Please be aware that the exam center entrance will be locked 10 minutes before the exam starts to facilitate a smooth arrival. It is therefore highly advised that you show up at the testing location at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the exam.
  • Items That Are Restricted: Before entering the exam room, leave all calculators, cell phones, flash drives, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, and other electrical and digital devices outside. Simple wristwatches are the lone exception.
  • Identification: Keep your original photo ID card on you at all times. For entrance, you must have this.

Pen Requirement: You must have a ballpoint pen with only black ink if you are taking an objective question paper.
